Ideal for product or service-based founders, boutique brands, spa or wellness professionals, and creative entrepreneurs who are ready to elevate their business but need an expert outside perspective to pinpoint what’s missing.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Full payment is required to secure your session. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your Zoom link and a brief intake form to complete before our call. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your session once with at least 24 hours’ notice. To do so, use the reschedule link in your confirmation email or email us directly at jonesdesignandconsulting@gmail.com Cancellation & Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time or do not attend, your session will be forfeited. However, you may transfer your booking to another date (one time) with advance notice. Late Policy: If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened out of respect for other clients’ time. Confidentiality: All sessions are private and confidential. Your business strategy, ideas, and materials will never be shared.
